At Flowercart, we’re committed to delivering your fresh flower bouquets quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Our delivery process is designed to ensure a smooth and delightful experience for you or your recipient.

Shipping Coverage We currently offer same-day and scheduled delivery services across Metro Manila. For areas outside Metro Manila, please contact us directly before placing an order to confirm availability.

Delivery Schedule

  • Same-day delivery: For orders placed before 7:00 PM (Philippine Time)

  • Scheduled delivery: You can select your preferred date and time at checkout

  • Operating hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Delivery Fees Delivery charges are calculated upon checkout based on the distance from our shop at 255 Kawit Street, Tondo, Manila. The fare will be displayed at checkout after entering the delivery address.

Shipping Partners We may use third-party delivery providers such as Lalamove or Grab Express to fulfill your delivery efficiently. We always aim to deliver on time and will notify you of any delays. tracking link provided

Delivery Confirmation Once your order is out for delivery, you’ll receive an update via SMS, email, or Messenger (depending on your contact preference). A photo may be provided as proof of delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Please double-check your delivery information before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or missing details.

Undeliverable Orders If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to contact you. We may leave the bouquet at the doorstep, with a guard, or reschedule delivery based on your instruction. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
