Ordering Question
How do i know if my order is confirm?
You will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided to us. It will be an automatically generated email, so do check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
What payment method do you accept for flower order?
We accept a wide range of payment methods, including GrabPay, Maya, bank transfers, and QRPh, which supports all local bank and e-wallet transactions.
Cash on Delivery is also available for deliveries within Metro Manila for orders up to ₱1,500.
Do you accept thru phone?

Can i customize order?
We accept customize order just contact us hello@flowercart.store or you can message us to our Facebook page for faster transaction.
Can i change order details?
If you wish to make any changes your order, please do so by contacting us at hello@flowercart.store or via phone +639624224085 and chat (Mon-Sun, 9:00 AM-10:00 PM).
Can i cancel order?
Cancellations for advance orders can be made by 12 PM, one (1) day before the intended delivery date, with a full refund issued as store credit valid for 12 months. Same-day and on-demand orders may not be cancellable once processed — please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Do you provide product quatations?
Yes, for bulk orders / corporate orders, feel free to email us at hello@flowercart.store or message us to our Facebook page for faster transaction.
Do you issue an official receipt?
Yes, we do. Currently, we can only provide a soft copy of the sales invoice, sent in a separate email after your order is placed.
Do you have paypal payment option?
Currently, the PayPal payment option is not live in our store. You can request our customer service via website chat to activate it for your order.
It is possible to make reservation for an order?
Yes, you can pre-order and select your preferred date and delivery time slot.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for deliveries within Metro Manila for orders up to ₱1,500.
Delivery Question
How many delivery slot do you have?
We offer 4 convenient time slots daily for same-day delivery, from 9:00 AM up to 11:00 PM the following day. Please place your order before 5 PM for same-day delivery.
Which areas do you deliver flowers?
We offer reliable flower delivery services throughout Metro Manila and nearby provinces, including Cavite, Rizal, Bulacan, Laguna, and other surrounding areas.
How do i know that my flowers were delivered?
Once our courier successfully delivers your order, you'll receive a delivery confirmation email. Feel free to contact our Customer Service team if you have any questions!
Do you provide a delivery tracking link?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an order update email containing a real-time delivery tracking link so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Can you ensure that you hand over directly to my recipient?
As much as we would like to, we are not always able to. Should the recipient be unavailable, we'll pass the flowers to a receptionist, colleague, family member, friend, or security guard, subject to each location's policies.
How do i add special instructions for delivery?
During checkout, the "Delivery Instructions" field is right above the "Checkout" button. Write any special instructions there and our delivery team will do their best to follow them.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes! Our couriers will deliver to the ward or closest receptionist where possible. Please include a ward and bed number, and check the patient hasn't been discharged before ordering.
What happen if i provide incorrect delivery details?
We can't take responsibility for failed deliveries due to incorrect details. We'll arrange re-delivery on the next available slot, but a re-delivery fee will apply. Please update us within 24 hours.
What is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees vary based on the delivery address and are calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your address.
When will flower arrive?
We deliver according to your chosen time slot. We're unable to provide or promise an exact delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. We recommend residential or business addresses for the highest delivery success rate.

What kind of flowers do you offer?
We offer a large variety of flowers and arrangements, including Daisies, Sunflowers, Gerberas, Roses, Carnations, Tulips, and more. Browse by occasion or collection to find the right design for your loved one.
How do I care for my flowers?
- Remove all lower leaves from flowers so they aren't in the water
- Trim the stems regularly
- Change the water every other day
- Avoid direct sunlight and choose a draft-free area
- Add a tablespoon of sugar to the water to help nourish the flowers and promote blooming
How long do usually flower last?
Our flowers are freshly designed and arranged, lasting on average 3-7 days with proper care. Some varieties like tulips may last only 1-2 days. Lifespans naturally vary by flower type.
What if the flowers don't look great upon arrival?
Our flowers are made fresh daily and may appear a little droopy on arrival — don't worry! Trim the stem ends and give them a good drink of water; they'll perk up after an overnight rest.
Return and Refund
Can i request return refund after the day of delivery?
Please report any issues within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the product. Refunds, when approved, are processed within 3-7 working days.
I received the wrong bouquet can you send me the right one?
