At FlowerCart, we carefully prepare every bouquet to ensure it arrives fresh and beautiful. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Refund & Return Eligibility

Because flowers are perishable, requests for refunds or replacements must be reported within 2 hours of receiving your order.

To help us assess the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the bouquet

  • A brief description of the concern

Eligible Cases

We may offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The bouquet arrives significantly damaged during delivery.

  • The flowers arrive in poor condition.

  • You receive the wrong bouquet.

  • Your order is incomplete.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or returns are generally not available for:

  • Requests made more than 2 hours after delivery.

  • Minor variations in flower color, bloom stage, or wrapping due to seasonal availability.

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

  • Orders that could not be delivered because the recipient was unavailable.

Refund Processing

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
