We offer same-day and scheduled delivery across Metro Manila, check delivery coverage

Delivery Schedule

  • Same-day delivery
    Order before 5:00 PM (Philippine Time) to qualify for same-day delivery.

  • Scheduled delivery
    Choose your preferred delivery date and time at checkout.

  • Operating hours
    Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

  • Reschedule Your Delivery
    You can reschedule your order up to 1 day before your scheduled delivery date.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the distance from our shop at 255 Kawit Street, Tondo, Manila. Your exact fee will appear once you enter your delivery address.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted third-party couriers, including Lalamove and Grab Express, to fulfill deliveries efficiently. We always aim to deliver on time and will notify you of any delays, along with a tracking link.

Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is out for delivery, you'll receive an update by SMS, email, or Messenger, depending on your contact preference. A photo may be provided as proof of delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your delivery detailse're not responsible for delays or faileddeliveries caused by incorrect addresses or missing information.

Undeliverable Orders

If the recipient is unavailable, we'll try to reach you. Depending on your instructions, we may leave the bouquet at the doorstep, hand it to a guard, or rescharges may apply for re-delivery.
